What countries do you ship to?
We move worldwide, so we ship wherever an order is placed.
Shipping has a different price if you place an order outside Italy, the rates will be available automatically at checkout.
How long does it take for an ordered product to arrive?
Orders are selected within 24 working hours of confirmation.
The required shipping time varies from 24 to 48 working hours , as we manage products ready for immediate delivery which allow us to ship very quickly.
Is it possible to locate my package?
Yes, it will be possible when we give you a valid shipping number for each product purchased.
The code provided can be found directly on your account 24 hours after the date of the confirmed order.
In any case, as soon as the tracking number is available, Ceramica Celano will send you a confirmation email informing you that the tracking number has been registered in your account.
What happens if there is no one at home to accept the delivery?
If there is no one at home to accept delivery of your order, you will be contacted by email or telephone, the package will go into storage and a second delivery will be made.
If the package goes into storage, a payment of €15.00 is required to be paid in cash to the courier.
Ceramica Celano is not responsible if the package is returned to the warehouse due to failure to collect it by the customer.
Ceramica Celano reminds you that the track code is very important not only to follow and monitor the shipment and delivery but also to check if the package is put into storage.
What happens if I don't include the house number in the address?
If you have forgotten to enter the house number in your address, the courier will try to deliver it to you for several days without success, after which it will be stored for a few days in the logistics and shipping center closest to the home address you entered. Following other delivery attempts, the package will be returned to the sender automatically without further communication.
To our kind customers, if the house number is not entered, we will not be held responsible for a failed delivery, in any case it is possible to receive assistance by sending an email to celanoceramica@gmail.com

What happens if I enter a different name from the one shown on the intercom or on the post office box?
If you have entered a different name from the one on your mailbox or on your intercom, the courier will try for several days to deliver it to you without success, after which it will be stored for a few days in the logistics and shipping center closest to the home address you entered . Following other delivery attempts, the package will be returned to the sender automatically without further communication.
E.g.: My name is Mario De Rossi and I place an order by writing “Mario Rossi” in the shipping data, the courier not finding the surname “Rossi” on the intercom will return it without success, because he could not issue stock notifications to a post office box with a different name or knocking on a door without authorization. Consequently, the delivery will be repeated in the following days and the same situation will occur again.
Ceramica Celano reminds our kind customers that if the name entered in the shipping data does not correspond to that indicated on the post office box or on the intercom, we will not be held responsible for a failed delivery. If I don't receive the package on time, what should I do?
If 7 working days have passed and you still have not received the package, send an email to celanoceramica@gmail.com and make sure to specify your name/surname & order number. In the subject of the email specify "Order Not Received" and we will try to do our best to help you. In the rare cases in which the packages are lost , a second order will be resent, clearly at our expense, if there are problems with the second order (which is very rare), an immediate refund will be provided.
